Stage 2 Dörgicse - Nemesgulács 23,2 km
Stage 3 Nemesgulács - Keszthely 26,9 km
Stage 4 Keszthely - Balatonmáriafürdő 22,3 km
Stage 5 Balatonmáriafürdő - Balatonboglár 20 km
Day 2 Stage 1 Balatonboglár - Balatonföldvár 19,4 km
Stage 2 Balatonföldvár - Siófok 20,6 km
Stage 3 Siófok - Balatonkenese 20,5 km
Stage 4 Balatonkenese - Alsóörs 20,9 km
Stage 5 Alsóörs - Tihany 18,8 km

For the two-day relay competition teams can register with a maximum of 5 runners per team.
The course has 5 stages each day. It is not neccessary for all members to run both days, every combinations are allowed. Only criterias are that team members have to run in the order they hand in to the organisers before the race and swaps are allowed only at the official hand-over areas.

- Only registered assistants may use the services of the refreshment points, registration fee is 4500 HUF, assistants need to wear the registration number during the race
- Accompanying bicycles can’t continuously drive in front of the runner

For the non-stop race teams can register with max 10 members per team. Team members may run any distances in any order.
There is only one rule: swaps are allowed only at the 51 official refreshment points. Time limits are the same as in the individual race.
