Course:
For the two-day relay competition teams can register with a maximum of 5 runners per team. The course has 5 stages each day. It is not neccessary for all members to run both days, every combinations are allowed. Only criterias are that team members have to run in the order they hand in to the organisers before the race and swaps are allowed only at the official hand-over areas.
