For the non-stop race teams can register with max 10 members per team. Team members may run any distances in any order.
There is only one rule: swaps are allowed only at the 51 official refreshment points. Time limits are the same as in the individual race.

Collection of registration numbers: on 18 June 2010 in the Race Centre 

Awards: first 3 teams teams will be awarded in 3 categories depending on the number of team members (2 / max 5 / max 10 persons)

Accompaning bicycles are allowed under the following conditions:

- Only registered assistants may use the services of the refreshment points, registration fee is 4500 HUF, assistants need to wear the registration number during the race
- Accompanying bicycles can’t continuously drive in front of the runner
